Today celebrates the legacy of ‘vision’ held by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Dr. King was motivated by the teachings and example of Jesus Christ and many of the principles and timeless truths he learned from The Scriptures (peace, love, unity). Dr. King believed that these truths were the cure for the cultural ills and imbalances of his day - to the degree that they were embodied by individuals who believed them.

As we here at ANOTHEN reflect on Dr. Kings legacy, we are primarily #THANKFUL for the work and life of The Lord Jesus Christ that served as the keystone for Dr. King’s ‘vision’ and the vision of many others who endeavor to apply the principles of The Scriptures in our age.
