This time of the year we have holidays which honor our parents.
Parents use their experience for their children’s benefit, giving them advantages in lessons perhaps the parents didn’t learn easily. To a greater degree, God does similar... using His knowledge and experience to benefit us.

That’s the key to knowing how to best handle things and enjoy a peaceful life.

Thankfully, God doesn’t make mistakes... humans do. What God says proves true - it is not just another perspective equal to human ‘wisdom’... Some things our parents told us may be inaccurate, but attempting to prove God wrong is a hurtful waste of time. Just like a loving parent, God tries to ‘shield’ us from getting hurt by things life throws at us.
“𝘗𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘧𝘶𝘭; 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘖𝘙𝘋 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺.” [𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘴 𝟷𝟼:𝟸𝟶]
It’s our attentiveness and trust which set the right circumstances for our success and happiness.
God designed life and knows the BEST way to live it.
What a great parent God is!
